Taylor Eich earned his B.S. in Applied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin - Stout, Menomonie and his PhD. in Biochemistry from Iowa State University. His scientific interests include exploring cellular environments and adapting bioinformatic pipelines for analyzing Next-Generation Sequencing datasets. Currently, his research focuses on building a molecular recorder of stress response in models for retinal diseases. Outside of science, Taylor enjoys biking, fishing, camping, and watching movies.
