Echo Nelson is a medical student at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities where she also earned her B.S. in Mathematics, B.A. in Human Physiology, and minor in Spanish Studies. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, traveling, and posting on her foodie Instagram account!
