Antonio received his M.S. in Biotechnology from the University of Texas at Dallas. Previously, he worked managing ophthalmic clinical research trials and joined the Hulleman lab as a researcher in spring 2022. His work involves using mouse models of age-related macular degeneration to uncover the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying retinal disease pathology. Fun fact: Antonio has a chocolate labrador named Mitochondria!
